Booking and Reservations
1.1. All reservations must be confirmed in writing or via the company’s online booking system.
1.2. Full payment is required upon reservation - in some cases we can request a 50% deposit and the remaining up to 24 hours prior to the service.
1.3. Online reservations made up to 24 hours or less are subject to vehicle availability. If a vehicle is not available, you will be notified and a refund will be made.
1.4 Extra hours should be paid up to 24 hours prior to end of the service before the clients are dropped off.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service a refund is not eligible.
2.3. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
2.4. We are not responsable for airline cancellation or flight delays, if we can accomadote the passenger for any last minute change due to those reasons, it will be done so without any extra fees, otherwise a no-show policy will be applied.
Service Duration and Waiting Time
3.1. Service is calculated from the time the vehicle arrives at the scheduled location until passenger is droped off.
3.2. One hour waiting time is included for arrival airport transfers, beyond this period an a small fee will be aplied depending on vehicle model. For departure transfers, a 15 min waiting time is included, over 15 min wait, the client is subject to a small fee depeding on the vehicle model.
